As a REALTOR®, one of the most important things I can do is to understand what the market has available, not only for homes that have been lived in, but also for homes new to the market. On April 30th a group of agents from my Realty One Group brokerage visited Mosaic Falls, a new subdivision from DR Horton.

Mosaic Falls has 6 different models of homes in either single story or two story deign. Offered at close to $320,000 and up, the size ranges from a simple 1600 foot 3 bedroom single story up to a 5 bedroom 3,120 square foot two story design.
